Subscriptions you take out on the website are billed through Stripe. Purchases in an app from the App Store or Google Play go through that store.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan stays free and needs nothing but an email address. Payment details are only required when you upgrade to a paid plan.
Which exchanges and stocks are covered?
The German exchanges (XETRA, Frankfurt), the US exchanges NYSE and NASDAQ and the major European venues: London, Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid, Zurich, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki and Oslo. Prices and key figures always come from the exchange where a security actually trades and you see them in your own currency. If a stock is missing, you can request it right inside the app.
Is Nexxus Pilot investment advice?
No. Nexxus Pilot is a tool for organising and watching. Everything it shows, including the technicals, is information, never a recommendation to buy or sell. The decision is always yours.
What separates the plans?
The foundation is the same everywhere: screener, price, percentage, stop-loss and dynamic alerts, indicators in the chart, tags and notes. Free gives you 10 slots each in portfolio, watchlist and pipeline. Starter makes portfolio and pipeline unlimited, because tracking what you own and plan should not require Premium. The watchlist grows to 20 slots and the technicals arrive with three values per stock. Premium lifts every limit and shows all six values.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Every plan can be cancelled monthly, there is no minimum term. On the annual plan you pay ten monthly instalments, two months are on us.
Do I need a separate account for each device?
No. One account covers everything. Portfolio, watchlist, pipeline, alerts and notes belong to your account, not to a device. Wherever you sign in, you see the same data.
What happens to my data?
Your data sits on servers at Hetzner in Falkenstein, Germany, inside the EU and is never sold to third parties. The privacy policy has the details.
